Walter Kusumoto M.D. M.P.H. graduated from St. Louis University
Medical School in 1995 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine
at U.C. Davis in 1998. He completed his cardiology and electrophysiology
fellowship in 2002 at Oregon Health Sciences University. He also
completed his Masters in Public Health in 2003. After several years
of private practice in Colorado, he has founded the Arrhythmia Center
of Northern California, and serves as the Electrophysiology Director
for Enloe Medical Center. Dr. Kusumoto has performed more than 2500
electrophysiology procedures in his career, half of those being
ablations and electrophysiology studies.

Annette Rowe is our office/operations manager at Arrhythmia Center. She is from Germany, and oversees the day to day operation of our clinic. She is dedicated to making the office run smoothly.

Liz Gibbs is the billing specialist at the Arrhythmia Center.
You can call her about questions in billing. She does a great
job at dealing with various health insurance entities.

Debbie Wright is a medical assistant at Arrhythmia Center that performs EKG’s, takes vitals, and does Event and Holter Monitors hook ups. She also schedules tests and in and outpatient procedures, along with the day to day running of the Arrhythmia Center. Previously, she served almost 20 years in the U.S. military. |

Nancy Mcghee is a medical assistant at Arrhythmia Center, who performs ECGs, blood pressure measurements, and performs refills on medications. She has previously worked for the oncology service, and is now helping in the day to day running of Arrhythmia Center. |

Julianne Folger is the manager of our human resources needs. She oversees our policies and procedures along with the payroll processing. She enjoys working out and spending time with her children. |

Natalie Frost is a receptionist at Arrhythmia Center. She registers patients and assists in administrative tasks. She is a student at Butte College and Captain of the women’s soccer team |

Stephanie Marquez is a receptionist at Arrhythmia Center. She registers patients and assists in administrative tasks. Currently she is a Butte College student where she is studying to become an ultrasound technician. |

Bethany Garretson, R.N., a graduate of CSUC and American River College, brings ten years of nursing experience to the Arrhythmia Center. In addition, Bethany continues to be a critical care nurse for Enloe Hospital. She enjoys spending time with her three young boys.
